It's very interesting for me too, I love Russian modern (Russian art nouveau), but I find it a bit difficult to make by myself, I mean wood carving, stained-glass windows, etc. Hm, a bit:) I think it will be Very Hard to make.

Jim Pounder is making beautiful bronze miniature light fixtures in the Art Nouveau style. They are fairly expensive. He does not have a website, do a search using his name. Several companies resell his work you will find some for sale.
The wooden cupboard furniture piece you posted is from a different design style, it is of the Arts and Crafts era, not Art Nouveau.
There was an art colony in Russia which created this style the designs were loosely based on medieval designs. That colony was Abramtsevo it is now a national museum.
Here is an article showing another piece of furniture from that colony. This piece is in the Victoria and Albert Museum in the UK.

You can recreate it in miniature by learning how to do chip carving. I use small #11 blade knives and also surgical scalpels for chip carving miniature items. There are many web sites showing how to do this carving and they also have a lot of patterns. It was popular in the Scandinavian countries too.
Learning to carve is essential if you want to create Art Nouveau pieces.
Chip carving is my dream! I should try it. It makes me think where I can buy surgical scalpels (this is great idea, btw, thank, Karin!). Shouldn't be the problem to find though. Big thanks for the links, starting studying it!

I was few times in Musee d'Orsay in Paris, they have a gorgeous collection of art nouveau items... i don't know but maybe there would be some fotos in web too.

The first one looks to me like a shop, they do art nouveau miniatures i think but i dont know in what scale.If you go in "index" part there are many miniature chairs, maybe worth to look.
if i find anything more ready-made for dolls house in this style i will let you know.

I buy my non sterile scalpels at the bookstore and class supply of the local colleges. The biology dissection classes use them to cut up frogs and such.
You can see in the photo link below where I used a lot of chip carving on a dollhouse I built.
