Some update, and shopping
The floors are not finished yet, but I've already started making some furniture for the house. First of all, I decided to make traditional Russian stove ( the link about it). English wikipedia is a bit wrong and inaccurate in some details, but you can get the general idea. Some good pictures:
I've made only half of the stove, so you'll see no flue. I'm in the middle of covering it with acrylic priming, so the edges are uneven everywhere, that's ok, I'll sand it, and it should look just fine.

Also I've found some good hinges, quite cheap, I already know what kind of furniture I'd love to make soon;)

I really like the room with the stove, it must get hot in there ...
I remember my grandmother's house and my grand-grandmother's - both had stoves. It was so wonderful, during winter it's really warm, you can sleep on the stove too!:) I'll show some good pics later. Basically, it cannot be too hot because, for example, during the summer, you just don't put that much firewood in the stove, so it's enough just for making food.
In Trentino (Upper North Italy) there are stoves like those. Smaller to say the truth but they had benches around and people could have a nice nap nested near them. I love the pics you have posted and cannot wait to see your stove. Love your buyings too. Rosanna

@Rosanna: Oh, we have benches too!:) And even shelves sometimes. But most of all I loved to sleep on the stove, haha.

You slept on a stove? What a thought! Then again, why not? I know a stone bed is very cool in hot countries like ours. I will need to make a stone stove too for a tribal house. What is it you were drilling ? I just could not make it out.

@Sans: I need to make plinth for the living room, so I bought these router bits (actually I bought too many:)). So it's not for drilling but for my router ( well, Dremel can work as a router too). I'll show the result when I figure out how to make the plinth right.
I wish I could explain about the stove -well, I'll just show finished stove this week, and it will be easier to understand:)
