@Sans: Thank you, Sans. Mail can be the problem, but the main one is Paypal - I can only buy things on Etsy, for example, but I cannot receive payment on my Paypal account - this is the policy of Paypal in Russia. There are other ways too, I need to do a little research about it on Russian forums.
